Hui Mana 'Ai
Our name Hui Mana ʻAi means food that empowers. Our goal is to create a more sustainable community through a Farmers Market held on Kamehameha Schools Kapālama Campus. By promoting Hui Mana ʻAi through our Open market, it puts our local farmers at the forefront and encourages our people to practice sustainability. Our food produced locally on our ʻāina empowers us, not only through eating healthy but also promoting food sovereignty and sustainability. Connecting this, we will use food to empower the people to become in tune with the ʻāina around them. Help turn our vision into reality.
